The stuff was friendly and helpful. The only part which spoiled all experience is misrepresentation of the size of the storage space. The storage is advertised as 10'x5', but in reality it is 9'x5', which is 10% smaller.

There was even a recent challenge I had related to billing (that ended up being a mistake on my part) and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. One thing that is not noted is the height of the space, these are tall so you really can fit a lot of stuff. I have a couple of 9ft surfboards that I can store vertical. Overall this is a great storage facility.

They contact you quickly if a problem arises and go the extra mile if necessary - once they placed a temporary lock on my unit after I forgot to lock it, then notified me immediately, all at no additional fee. No security issues, very clean and quiet, good staff and month-to-month contracts.
